Maison Degrenne, founded in 1948, is a great story about entrepreneurship driven by the dream of a passionate goldsmith and founded Guy Degrenne, he sees the potential of stainless steel. When post-war France is rebuilding, his intuition leads him to a revolutionary idea: the reuse of the armoured steel of the tanks used during the Battle of Normandy. To this day, Maison Degrenne's products are very popular. This ice bucket/champagne cooler is from 1950-1959 marked INOX LR18-10 from the series Letang Rémy. Stainless steel finish with steel 18% chrome and 10% nickel which gives it a fantastic shine. Classically shaped handles. Dimensions: diameter 19 cm, height 20 cm, weight 1440 grams. Will be shipped well packed.
