Marvellous “Ardito incursore” dagger from 1938. Its conditions will simply leave you speechless, one of the very rare “never restored” daggers. On average all have polished brushed blades, restored handles and more. This one has remained unchanged since the Second World War. Original wooden handle fixed to the tang by rivets, simple oval and thick guard, the sheath is made of sheet metal, with a rectangular shaped loop (perfectly intact) and with a sliding element that allowed to put the dagger on and off without unhooking the belt. The 1938 model of this dagger can be seen at the side of paratroopers and militia in general along with the Italian Royal Army, Italian Royal Air Force, Italian Royal Navy and sappers, who replaced the previous 1935 model also in the RSI departments.
