Tower clock movement - Eijsbouts - Steel, brass, lead - Mid 20th century

A beautiful, not too big tower movement. Produced in 1950 by Eijsbouts, the famous Dutch factory of tower clockworks, still located in Asten Netherlands. The movement has been restored by a qualified, experienced clockmaker and is of course running (see you tube Eijsbouts). The original cradle has been converted to wall brackets so the clock is hanging. The pendulum length is 110 cm. See the beautiful pendulum weight with adjustment and internal temperature rod. Beautiful Art Deco bronze dial with signature. The movement can be rotated manually and runs for several hours. The striking mechanism is not working, because it will be at the expense of the running time and striking of a clock in the house is not desired. Easy to electrify into an eternal running timepiece. Nice lead weights (approximately 25 kg). A gem in the living room, office or entrance. Shipping arranged by buyer, delivery possible in the Netherlands or Belgium for a km fee of 0.40 ct.
