Rare grocer’s scale from N.V. "National" Voorburg, in original condition. Type SL: large format No. 4938. 63 cm high, 54 cm wide, 25 cm deep. Weighing capacity 10 kilos. The scale itself weighs about 20 kilos. The scale has a beautiful red-brown colour and features the Dutch Manufacturer coat-of-arms.It rests on four feet. Condition: original condition, including the original measuring bowl and plateau. The scale functions. However, the tip of the hand at the front needs to be straightened.
