Frosted, pressed glass Madonna (large version, 37 centimetres, with pedestal 43 centimetres) on original earthenware. Designed by Stef Uiterwaal and made by Glasfabriek Leerdam, ca. 1929. The pedestal is made of earthenware, which was produced elsewhere in the Netherlands. The Madonna is in very good condition. Two minimal flints around the side. Some light scratches in the frosting. The pedestal with glass plate is in very good condition and the light is functioning. The electricity plug of the Madonna is American.
