I am selling a skorpion VZ 61S, deactivated in 2019 7.65 calibre (32 acp) I am selling my VZ, which was initially category B and moved to category A, which authorized me to use it, but not sell it, so in order to allow free transfer of ownership, I had it deactivated. Since the new law, deactivated weapons must no longer be capable of being taken apart or of “dry” shooting. (please bear in mind that the deactivation cost me €335) This weapon is registered in my name (even though it is deactivated, see new law), therefore a shooting or hunting license will be needed. I’m not sure if an identity card and (recent) medical certificate are enough to take to a gunsmith (or the famous collector’s card which is practically impossible to get, lol). No returns or exchanges.
