Rare and precious table set for 6 people in strong white earthenware. Floral decoration in the centre and on the edges, 24 kt pure gold edging, wonderful sensation to the touch. Set produced in the 1950s by Pagnossin of Treviso (see photo of the State Archives), a historic Italian ceramic factory. The set is composed of 18 pieces, all hallmarked on the bottom with the historic stylised angel of Pagnossin: - 6 dinner plates - 6 soup plates - 6 dessert plates Shipping: tracked parcel service In 1919 Angelo Pagnossin took over a furnace in Treviso specialised in the production of clay, and dedicated himself to the creation of bricks and shingles until 1930, when he widened the production range with a sector dedicated to ceramic, made with red clay. In 1950 the company expanded to the size of a factory, and from its furnaces emerged a production of dinnerware in white clay. Hand-decorated using pure gold.
