Hussars Cavalry sword of an officer to commemorate his time in service. Patinated, openwork hilt with the Prussian eagle on the hinged guard, whereby the folding hinge spring hold is faulty, but is firmly held in place with the hilt. Grooved Bakelite handle with a finger grip and preserved leather finger loop. On the inside of the vessel and on the drag is the regimental stamp. Stamped with the weapon number and DRGM on the inside of the main bar. Good, nickel-plated, blued blade with inscription and etchings. Spalling on the ricasso.
