Construction kit of a fully furnished dollhouse issued in the 1990s. in total there are 103 booklets with 1 part or more. 90 Of them are unopened. A number have been opened and have already been put together. Not perfect. There are a few parts that have moisture damage, especially the wallpaper and the paper floor elements. But I think a dollhouse collector knows what to do with that. There are also 3 residents included, see photos. it has a weight of more than 30 kg and 2 boxes so collection or delivery is possible at 15 eurocents / km from Belgian Limburg.
