Beautiful well maintained original Odhner calculator model number 27. The Odhner brand comes from the Swede Willgodt. T. Odhner, who invented the Odhner Arithmometer in the 19th century. He manufactured these mechanical calculators under his name in St. Petersburg in Rusland. Nice detail: when he was younger he worked at the Ludvig Nobel factory, the brother of Albert Nobel. After the Russian Revolution in 1917 when his factory was taken over by the state, his relatives continued his work from Sweden under the name Original Odhner. This antique calculator still functions smoothly and well. It can add, subtract, multiply and divide. Decorative also very interesting with its 1930s look.
