Slovak Hlinka Guard Dagger M1939 - HDG This Hlinka Guard Hlinkova Dopravna Garda [HDG] Dagger is in EXC+ condition. Model 1939. The total length is 37.6 cm. Lower guard with "HDG" stamp. The dagger is stamped with 11 on the blade. Hilt fittings in a good condition, lower cross guard marked, “HDG”. Blade: This blade is double-edged and in a good condition. Blade marked 11 with a spark on the blade. Scabbard: The scabbard shell is straight throughout. The black painted body has a gloss finish, magnetic, exhibiting moderate contact marks and surface wear in the paint from active use. They exactly match the patination of the cross guards, and are retained by screws.
