The chair is in overall excellent condition. The ponyskin mat has some very minor and located pealed areas that don't at all affect the great looks of the chair. The leather edges show no wear whatsoever. One of the laces that tie the mat and the frame is torn; it should be very easy to sew or replace. The frame and base are impeccable.
