A monochrome red glazed vase from China, enhanced with a striking turquoise glaze on the base and inside. The vase features a Qianlong seal mark on the base. It is rouge corail in color, complemented by the turquoise accents, and displays an apocryphal Qianlong mark. Height: 31.5 cm.
Condition: The vase has been UV-checked and is in excellent condition, showcasing the unique combination of red and turquoise glazes.
Provenance: The family of last vice-governor of Macau. The post was replaced on 20 December 1999 upon the transfer of sovereignty over Macau to China by the office of the chief executive of Macau.
