The answer from the seller -we are a numismatic shop, not a stamp shop....I don't know much about stamps

I'm sorry that the customer is not happy with the stamps.
In fact, we are a coin shop, not a stamp shop, which we know little about.
We photographed all the stamps as best we could and submitted them to the Catawiki experts who approved them and put them up for auction.
If the customer is an expert he could evaluate the quality of the stamps from the photos without taking into account the fact that he paid very little for them. 
I proposed returning the goods, but he didn't want to do it so as not to waste time... maybe he just wanted a refund of money ... very strange.
