A lovely antique Chinese porcelain Blanc de Chine FLUTE, depicting a Finely carved seated Dutchman (Foreigner) in classical 17th century costume (The Dutch started the VOC (East India Company) in 1601). Seated on a very rare TIGER. Executed in a nice monochrome translucent exceptional creamy white glaze. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China, Dehua kilns in the Fujian province, during the Qing dynasty. On the bottom a nicely sculpted rooted foot, showing age and material. Guaranteed original and of the stated period. Length: 5,2 centimeter Condition: The object is in good condition, without any restorations; microchip of the hat and chipped flute.
