OVERVIEW/HISTORY
This example was produced in 1949 on a Fiat 1100 B basis by Carrozzeria Viotti and designed by Mario Revelli di Beaumont.
Mario Revelli of Beaumont, over the course of his career, has filed 35 industrial trademarks, among which we should mention the deflector, the central locking, the recessed handle, the anti-vibration steering wheel and the elastic bumper that we can see mounted on this car.
The main detail of this 1100 B Viotti Giardiniera, in addition to being the forerunner of station wagon cars, is the creation of part of the so-called Woodie wooden bodywork, a split windscreen, the flexible Ultraflex bumper patented by Brunsig, the Volcambio Massarotti reverse gearbox and the Jalt steering lock (keys missed).
Sold new on 29th july 1949 to "Istituto Tecnico Agrario Governativo Stanga" in Cremona that used probably as an experimental car.
On 17th january 1979 it was sold to the second owner living also in Cremona who sold it on 12th december 2003 to the third owner.
He sold it after 14 years, on 24th march 2017, to actual owner that preserved it meticulously till nowdays.
