Ancient Roman Bronze Antoninianus of Tetricus I
Ancient Roman Bronze Antoninianus of emperor Tetricus I. On the obverse is the radiate head of the emperor looking right, draped and cuirassed. The bust is encircled by the inscription IMP C TETRICVS PF AVG, identifying the emperor as 'Augustus'. The reverse features a standing Victory, facing left and holding a wreath in her right hand and a long palm branch in her left. The legend reads COMES AVG.
