It was built in France by the master builder J.P Fontenelle for Art Collection Auto (ACA).
The body is made of all brass, and the suspension and motor are machined and cast aluminium and nickel. The steering wheel is real wood and seats are leather.
This model was made in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
The model is in good condition overall, but does have several paint flakes as seen from the pictures.
