Metodo Classico Brut Leonia - Frescobaldi - Tuscany DOC - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

Grapes: Pinot Nero, Chardonnay Frescobaldi family has been producing wines in this area since the early 1300s, supplying wines to the noble families of Europe, including the English royal family and the Pope. The grapes come from vineyards wholly managed in order to follow all the principles of Integrated and Sustainable Agriculture. The production area is the territory of Castello di Pomino. The harvest is conducted and hand; in the cellar, the grapes are subjected to light pressing which leads to the extraction of the must from the berry. Fermentation takes place in steel and a small part in wood; refermented in the bottle and aged for 36 months on the lees. Appears at the sight of a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections; the nose reveals citrus and peach aromas, but also floral ones such as magnolia, white thorn and cedar flowers with a crunchy final note that floods the nose. In the mouth it is creamy and enveloping
