On auction , this Contessa-Nettel Deckrullo folding plate camera for 10x15 cm glass plates. This camera is in good condition with a working focal plane curtain shutter as it is set now , just turn the winding knob all the way and use the release lever . The curtain is wrinkled , but looks in good condition . For viewing on the ground glas , the shutter must be open , to do that , push the little pin on the middle right side and turn the winding knob . Also a knob just under the larger brass winding knob , this can set for slower / faster speeds .I did not used the settings on the brass dial . There is a folding view finder with a pointer on top . Distance adjustment with the knob on the right side top . Distace settings can be read on the top .Pull out the lens board with the handle on the left front.The lens board can move a bit up and down .The bellows are in good condition and looks light tide . The lens is a Carl Zeiss Jena 4,5 / 165mm Tessar lens and looks clear with no scratches on the glass.Comes with a lenscap. Dimensions when folded down : 6x15x20 cm .
