Alessi Jasper Morrison - Cooking pot set - ''Convivio'' - 18/10 stainless steel, mat. Handles in 18/10 stainless steel with PVD coating.

This ''Convivio'' cookware set, designed by Jasper Morrison for the renowned brand Alessi is a family of pots and pans conceived for ease of use and healthy cooking, ''Convivio'' merges the quality and functional features of professional kitchen tools with thoughtful design, making it particularly suitable for elevating home cooking. This series is conceived to perform at its best on the stove, but also to be suitable for serving and presenting food at the table. The design process was informed by the dialogue with the prominent contemporary Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann, an advocate of good and natural nutrition who provided insights and suggestions for optimal food preparation. Investigating the possibilities of vegetarian cuisine, the various items were analysed, calibrating the best technical, dimensional and typological choices, making ''Convivio'' both universal and particularly suitable for cooking vegetables and pulses. The name ''Convivio'' pays tribute to cooking as an activity that is both aesthetic and convivial, capable of forming a community by gathering people around the preparation and enjoyment of food. The designer's approach to design is evident in the focus on the material, its simplicity and purity enhanced in a refined juxtaposition of textures and surfaces. The sturdy cast metal handles ensure a secure grip and good heat insulation. The rounded bottom of the pots and pans bodies facilitate liquids outflows and cleaning. All the materials were carefully selected from the highest performing and healthiest solutions available, from the aluminum-steel “Trilamina” body of the pots to the plastic-free ceramic coating of the pans. This ''Convivio'' set of pans is in new condition and has never been used before. Delivered with original packaging.
