Obv: D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, cuirassed bust of Arcadius facing, Staurogram on breastplate, head turned slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif.
Rev: CONCORDI-A AVGGG, Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, scepter in right hand, Victory on globe in left, right foot on prow of ship. Mintmark COMOB in exergue.
