Authentiek nomadentapijt uit het Bergama gebied. Antiek stuk. Rond 1910 - 1925. Veel Turkssprekende nomaden die oorspronkelijk vanuit Turkmenië naar de Kaukasus kwamen, vestigden zich in het westen van Turkije in de 18e en 19e eeuw. Ze brachten de typische Kaukasische patronen met zich mee. Met die duidelijke geometrische vormen. Dat is terug te zien in dit tapijt. Randen en hoofdeinden zijn intact . Prachtige wol geverfd met plantaardige kleurstoffen.
