Ottoman Empire Silver-metal Large Pendant with Dangling Bells (No Reserve Price)
An impressive Ottoman Empire large silver-metal pendant featuring a two-tiered, hollow domed body with the crenelated top tier sitting above a frieze of geometric patterns and a ribbed band. The bottom tier also presents multiple perforations. The pendant is enriched with dangling bells along the rim as well as the interior of the body. To the top, there is an applied loop for suspension. Good solid condition, wearable. Signs of wear consistent with age and use.
Measurements: W 3cm x H 3.5cm
Provenance: Purchased by the current owner in 2021. Prior English collection of Mr. A.H.D.
