Bonito,Drückerfische u.s.w.). Oft wurden die berühmten, und für diese Region üblichen Fischdrachen(Siehe historisches Foto) eingesetzt. Der "Kite" wurde dann vom Kanu aus gesteuert und der Haken hüpfte über die Wasseroberfläche. Im Buch "Materielle Kultur der Santa Cruz-Inseln" von Gerd Koch, wird alles über diese Art der Fischerei im detail genau beschrieben - Siehe Fotos aus diesem Buch !
