Seki City, Gifu Prefecture Made by Noshu Masamune with a sharp edge like a Japanese sword. The knives sharpened to the utmost limit by a mere 0.1mm by skilled craftsmen bring out the umami of the ingredients, and the dishes are delicious.

Satin finish is a finishing method that creates non-directional fine unevenness on the surface, creating a soft gloss or matte surface due to diffused reflection of light.
In addition to improving the texture and appearance, it is used for anti-slip purposes to prevent slipping when touched with oily hands, and for pretreatment when painting or anodizing.
