The coin bank is a historical piece made of cast iron, originating from England. It features a man wearing a red jacket and measures 17cm in size. It is in good condition, complete with its original bottom tray and the screw that holds the two halves together. The bank is fully functional, with the mechanism allowing a coin to be placed in the open hand, then deposited into the mouth when a lever is pressed. Despite some wear, the original paint is still visible, including the red coat and blue tie, red lips, and orange and white eyes. The back of the bank is inscribed with the words: “JOLLY NIGGER / BANK”.
