It was first bottled in 2020 in 75cl bottles, and the ABV is listed as 6.0% 1 bottle Cantillon CLAC (Trois Cépages) is a blend of 2- and 3-year old lambics with Cinsault, Alicante, and Carignan grapes. It is bottled in 75cl bottles and made its debut in 2020. The fruit concentration is 300 grams per liter of lambic. 1 bottle Cantillon Fou' Foune is an apricot lambic brewed yearly by Cantillon. According to Cantillon's website, an entire batch of Fou' Foune uses approximately 1200 kilograms of Bergeron apricots grown in France.[1][2] Some labels reference 300 grams of apricots per liter. Jean Van Roy has also noted that the Apricots used are grown organically.[3]
