Marvelous pair of young girls in different ballet position, creation of famous sculptor Kurt Steiner, from the “Children Ballet” series of Wallendorf porcelain factory, Germany. Both have white dresses and golden ballerines, adorable hand painted figures, perfect fingers, in a graceful act-finale positions. Kurt Steiner (1904 - 1970), was one of the most famous German modeler and designer since the early 1930s, who influenced Thuringian ornamental porcelain for decades. Wallendorf Porcelain factory, has been in operation since 1764, being one of the oldest porcelain trademarks in Germany. Darling and delicate figurines, proof of artistry, in excellent condition, marked with specific crowned W 1764, NO chips, NO cracks and NO repairs, please see the pictures as they are part of description.
