2019 Mauro Veglio, Paiagallo - Barolo DOCG - 2 Bottles (0.75L)

Il vino ha svolto un affinamento per 24 mesi in botti da 3000 litri, successivamente il vino passa in vasche di acciaio Paiagallo 2019 = Paiagallo is one of the most historic vineyards in the municipality of Barolo; located to the southeast, the cellar owns less than half a hectare and only since 2016 is it vinified alone. Thanks to the soils rich in sandy marl and 40-year-old plants, here we will find a Barolo with great energy and structure, but wrapped in a pleasant, delicate sensation, with heady aromas and sweet tannins. The wine has been aged for 24 months in 3000 liter barrels, then the wine passes into steel tanks
