An old and interesting chair, rarely seen. The frame of the chair belongs to the manufacturer Gebruder Thonet from Vienna and was manufactured before 1900. On the inside of the chair there are several markings and the original label. The seat cover belongs to the manufacturer Wilhelm Schumann from Jyvaskyla, Finland and was produced around 1900-1920. There is also the marking on the seat cover, on the back. Overall, the chair looks very good, it is solid, it can be used with confidence, possibly after a well-deserved makeover. I have presented the current condition in the photos, the only shortcomings are the points of wood insect and some scratches on the lower part of the legs, otherwise perfectly normal and easy to correct. The seat cover of the chair is not broken or cracked. The dimensions of the chair are: total height at the top of the backrest - 91 cm; seat diameter - 42 cm; the width of the backrest in the upper part 39 cm, the width of the backrest in the part joining the seat - 43 cm. Overall, a wonderful, interesting, authentic piece that richly deserves its place in a classic salon.
