2018 x2 Sandrigo & 2005, 2013 Borc Dodon, Denis montanar - Friuli-Venezia Giulia - 4 Bottles (0.75L)

The farm Montanar Denis is located in the Borc Dodòn, in the province of Udine. There are four generations of farmers who are before Denis who are dedicated to the care of the fields between soy, spelt, wheat and of course grapes. In 1989, Denis inherited the vineyards from his grandfather and rented other surrounding ones, starting his first company production. In 1995 the winery officially took the name of Denis Montanar, winning over consumers in a few years for the authenticity of its wines. Today, thanks to the Borc Dodon project, it has been able to obtain many acres of cultivation and more than 10 hectares of Refosco grapes with a red peduncle, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Verduzzo Friulano, Tocai Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The sandy soil, composed of a mixture of silt and clay, gives the wine a typical fresh and mineral note. Since 1996 it has decided to adopt an organic agriculture and to adhere to the protocol of the "Renaissance du Terroir": in the vineyard it is banned. any treatment with chemical compounds or synthetic substances. Spontaneous vinification, with more or less prolonged macerations in open vats of fibreglass or wood; no addition of selected yeasts, no clarification, no filtration; refinement may take place in steel tanks or wooden barrels. This is the dogma of the Friulian producer, able to express its territory in an eclectic and wild way. We remember wines such as the 'Sandrigo', 'Uis Blancis' and the 'Scodavacca'. the lot consists of 2 bottles of Sandrigo 2018 (Tocai Friulano 100%) 1 bottle of Borc dodon 2013 (Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Friulano, Verduzzo) 1 bottle of dodon 2005 (Cabernet Franc, Merlot) the bottles were always stored in the cellar at a constant temperature
