1927, Spain, Alfonso XIII, Moroccan Peace Medal, 1909 - 1927, first model. Spanish Army of North Africa, Protectorate of Morocco. Created in 1927 to commemorate the end of the spanish military action in the northern area of ​​the Protectorate. It was awarded to both military and civilians who participated in the pacification efforts and to Muslims and Israelites who provided services to Spain in the area. Very beautifully made, ribbon with signs of time and Star of David pin. Oval in shape, embossed in bas-relief. The edges and edge are accompanied by two branches with olive leaves in garlands. In the lower part of the obverse there is a half moon, inside which the word MOROCCO will be read surrounding a landscape of an African city illuminated by the Sun with a radiated nimbus, which serves as the background to the composition, and between whose rays it will be read in letters large the word PEACE at the top, and 1909-1927 below. On the side that holds the branches a dove perches with open wings; in the beak a twig of olive tree with fruit and crowned with the Royal of Spain. As the background of the reverse, the following inscription is embossed: "Spain, always ready to every universal civilization company, contributed to the Morocco with the precise blood of its children and with the gold of its arks. The triumph of their weapons and the culture of their methods are the foundations of this great work of humanity". Good condition with normal signs of the passage of time. Cejalvo box is later.
