Has the box been damaged during transport.
It has been tested by a professional before being put on sale.
Have you tried turning it off by removing the power from it.
Have you read the manual.
If this doesn't help, send it back and I'll get it fixed.

Well packaged, good delivery. Speakers are bit limited for the purpose I bought them but the soundquality is very good.
