A spectacular pair of oak carved lions from the Baroque period ca 1700. This very rare and exclusive pair of wall hanging sculptures are extremely rare and very decorative and collectable for the art collector but also for the interior designer.
We believe the pair lions came from a ship of large door from an old estate/castle.
Please look at the high quality photos to see the quality of the objects. There are still remains of polychrome painting on the pieces.
Size: This pair is ca 29/30 cm in diameter.
Material: Probably Oak.
Age: Baroque period
Condition: Amazing condition with still some polychrome paint on the lions. The brass rings are also original and of the period.
The pair will be packed very good for transport.
