It features a pristine slab hematite with highly lustrous polysynthetic-deformed crystals that show multiple small faces and a flat pseudohexagonal termination. These metallic crystals are supported by quartz of slight smoky colour (visible at the bottom) and reddish jasper (as seen from the back side). A high quality classic from the Vosges massif!
