Collection of 3 Jobaria tiguidensis - Sauropod Dinosaur Teeth Jurassic - Tiouraren Fm - Niger - Fossil tooth

Scientific name: Jobaria tiguidensis, Sereno et al., 1999. Sauropod Dinosaur. Location: Tiouraren Hill, Téneré Desert, Niger. Geological Formation: Tiouraren Fm Age: Middle Jurassic, Bathonian stage ( 167 million years) Size (the biggest): 2,4 cm REF.: 1247 DESCRIPTION: The accurate taxonomic identification of this type of teeth is not easy. On the one hand, there is the problem of knowing with certainty to which formation they belong, since the Jurassic outcrops of Niger are very close and the information provided by the providers is scarce and sometimes doubtful. However, only two Sauropods have been described in the Jurassic of Niger, the genus Jobaria of the Tiouraren Fm and on the the genus Spinophorosaurus of the Irhazer Fm. Are Middle Jurassic in age. There is little bibliography about remains from these places. However, we know that the genus Jobaria does not have serrations on the crown while Spinophorosaurus does. All our fossils comes with Certificate of Authenticity.
