The Millesimato Brut Franciacorta comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes of the same vintage grown on high hills with South/South-East exposure from vines over 25 years old. A part of the must ferments in small white oak barrels for about 7 months, while the remainder in steel. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle according to the Classic Method and the aging on the yeasts lasts 36 months, the time necessary for the yeasts to return everything they have "eaten". This is followed by disgorging and closing with the classic cork stopper and metal cage.
