Very very high optical quality. This specific copy is a stellar performer and has a magic "grain", a caratheristic low contrast (ideal for post production) and it is razor sharp even wide open. I have tested this lens on digital camera with APS-C sensor with a proper adapter : performances are outstanding. Lucky is the one who will get this. When used wide open the bokeh is truly unbelievable ! -------- Lens body shows signs of normal use. Glass is in very good condition despite the age. Since this lens has never been serviced you may find minor imperfections such as dust and/or dirt, cleaning marks, micro fungus spore to remove. Nothing affects performances.
