Rare copy of " 36 Views of Treasured Shunga " published in 1998 by Fuji, in a limited edition deluxe. It's an interessant publicatiuon as a lot of works were few published before ; great Shunga's painters or engravers are present like Kiyonaga , Utamaro, Hokusai or Monorubu . The set is complete ( 36 plates, I have controlled the count) , the plates are 20 x 14,8 cm printed on thick bistre paper , contained in a harback red cloth cover with Gold title and pattern stamped, all in a card slipcase with red title on a tape . The conditions are different, The slipcase is worn with a great bump ( in the shipping ) others visible at the back, one corner with a small bump, another one with a tear. The book and the plates are excellent, you will note a slight bump on the top edge of the book ( under the same slipcase bump ) , few visible ( photos)
