Cantillon Drogone Lambic is a blend between Aglianico grapes and 3 year old lambic. Before blending, the grapes were sacralized in chestnut barrels for 3 months.
Cantina Giardino "Drogone" Wine is Deep garnet coloured, fruity nose with beautiful notes of amarenas, plums and hints of tobacco and roses. Pleasantly intense. Fine acidity, fresh, vital and pure, long with the beautiful bitterness so characteristic of Italian wines in the aftertaste. Bomba.
