Kay company dates from 1934 and was run by the Kempner family. A rare 1950s Mettoy England Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith. 7.6cm long, in sand colour, sheet metal, clock mechanism works. Mettoy was a British manufacturing company founded in 1933 by German émigré Philip Ullmann, it merged later with Katz' Playcraft company, which together made possible the creation of Corgi Toys. In a good condition, with some age related wear to the surface of the car (see photos). Great collector's items.
