The legendary Romanov dynasty continues to fascinate people to this day: for over 300 years they ruled the Russian Empire with more than 20 tsars and tsarinas - from the accession of Michael I to the throne in 1613 to the abdication of Nicholas II in 1917.
This precious historical original was only minted for one year and is now extremely scarce and difficult to obtain, as the few surviving copies are being bought back on a large scale by Russian collectors.
