Great, fast delivery! Nicelly packed in a beautiful box. A pity, I assumed that the necklace was massive and the fotos were hugely magnified, I was surprised by the size! As the chain is not massive.

L'oggetto ricevuto non era quello acquistato in asta ed è stato reso al mittente. il venditore aveva effettuato la sostituzione intenzionalmente a suo arbitrio senza preventivamente avvisare.  

Mi dispiace che la collana non sia stata di suo gradimento ma ero pronto la settimana successiva a risolvere il problema cambiandola con un’altra a nostre spese, soluzione che ha rifiutato. La sua recensione non tiene per nulla conto del fatto che le avevamo regalato un bracciale del valore di 150 euro insieme alla collana per semplice gentilezza e di tutte le nostre azioni per cercare di risolvere il disguido.

Muy guapo el anillo , pero parece de plástico.  En primer día se me ha roto. Veo que otros compradores an tenido el mismo problema.  Me dicen que si lo devolvo , me pagarán 150 euros . Page 360 - 2gr

My offer to take back a ring that you destroyed by paying it to you at 70 euros per gram is very good, I am not making any money from it and in fact I am losing money. I offered it to you because I believe that since you broke the ring Catawiki will not accept your return but for my part I am open to that possibility as well. If you open a claim and Catawiki accepts your return I will accept that you send me the broken ring and you will be refunded the full amount you paid. Unfortunately, this is not my decision. I will wait for you to let me know, confident that we will find a solution and you will want to leave a positive review 🤞

Ciao Alessia buon pomeriggio, siamo molto dispiaciuti di leggere questa recensione. 
Il ciondolo a forma di cuore pesa 1,40 grammi, ma non hai tenuto in conto che anche il moschettone della chiusura e l’anellino di aggancio della collana sono in oro 18 carati, le confermo che la quantità di oro contenuta nel gioiello è in totale di 1.80 grammi, perfettamente in linea con quando dichiarato. Nonostante questo, come le abbiamo scritto in chat, troveremo una soluzione per fare in modo che sia soddisfatta. Sarebbe stato gentile scriverci e verificare la nostra disponibilità prima di lasciare una recensione negativa.

Netjes en goed verpakt, en snel bezorgd!!!

Ik dacht dat het van een merk is maar dat is niet het geval. 
Voor de rest komen de afbeeldingen goed overeen met hoe de ketting eruit ziet. 
Ik heb de ketting in een mooie sieraden doos ontvangen.
