The distillation of Bas Armagnac 1960 Baron Gaston Legrand takes place in a continuous still at low temperature. Once distillation is completed, aging begins in Gascony oak barrels. Of an intense amber color, it offers a fine and complex aroma, with notes of citrus and vanilla oak. Full and appropriately alcoholic taste on a light woody base and sweet tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly persistent. Superb balance. Sold in original wooden box, with sealing wax cap and cap for subsequent storage.
