Several problems. The lamp is too difficult to put together. I paid an electrician and finaly it doesn’t work at all. All my electricy turned off. I told thé seller. He didn’t propose any solution.

I have several times ask you for solutions ,and i did explain it with pictures that you have to put the plastic button must place inside,but probably you did trow it away

The lamp does not work, the basement becomes hot in minutes.

Lamp was allways working see pictures and stand 5 jears on my desk and becomes nothing from heating,maybe during transport is the light broken,it cost about 3 euros for a new lamp,but still she was pergect packed in a hard case with bubble plastic,and this after 2 days that the lamp was arrived....than i will react immediatly
