Tasting Notes
Nose: A whole bouquet of dried fruit immediately hits the nose. This is followed by aromas of dry sherry, cinnamon, liquorice, caramelized sugar, smoked orange, various sauces, soft leather and dried autumn leaves.
Palate: Here, aromas reminiscent of orange slices soaked in cola come to the fore. There are also notes of liquorice, pepper and Brazil nuts. This is followed by leather aromas, but also notes of dried fruit, salt and a distinct spiciness.
Finish: Long-lasting finish with aromas of Brazil nuts, again dry sherry, liquorice, nougat, almonds, chocolate, oak, dried fruit and some ash.
