Cutting : This core was prepared to cut long blades, it was cut on both faces, long blades were cut. The both blades were cut from blade core.
Dating, hominid : This implement belongs to the Chalcolithic Culture ( circa 5 000 years ago), and was conceived by Homo Sapiens Sapiens.
Origin : Found in France, Grand Pressigny area, Indre et Loire departement .
Sizes of core : 29 cm X 11 cm ; blades : 15 cm , 10,5 cm
Condition : Very well preserved. Beautiful Patina.
Acquired in 2021 from Mr. Z. private collector, collected since the 70's.
