The Order of the Alaouit Throne (Arabic: Wissam Alaouit) is a knightly order of the Kingdom of Morocco .

this order was established on January 11, 1913. Moroccan Sultan Mulla Youssef. The order has 5 classes: Grand Cross, Grand Officer's Cross, Commander, Officer's Cross, Knight's Cross. There are 2 types. The first type with the inscription on white enamel /There is only God Allah and his prophet Mahammad/. In the photo there is type 2 without inscription. In the center the inscription reads /King Yussu-fien/. On the reverse there is an umbrella symbol of royal power in Morocco. Awarded for WW1, for calming the rebellious tribes of Morocco, the war on the reefs, WW2, or at least 5 years of military service in Morocco. Is a colonial order of France

The order was established on January 11 , 1913 by Sultan Yusuf to reward loyalty to state power, but already on May 15, 1913, the order became one of the French colonial awards.
As in most cases for French colonial awards, the Order of the Legion of Honor was taken as a model .
During World War II, a large number of Orders of the Alaouite Throne of various degrees were awarded to US Army personnel who participated in Operation Torch while serving as part of the Allied forces.
Given that Morocco was a French protectorate from 1912 to 1956 , many Frenchmen were nominated for the Order of the Alaouite Throne.
With Morocco's independence in 1956, the Order of the Alaouite Throne was transferred to the possession of the King of Morocco and was retained in the state's award system.
