2017 Giuseppe Rinaldi Tre Tine - Barolo - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

IMPORTANT: Ship only UE. Excluding: Malta, Switzerland, Cipro, UK, Luxembourg. The wine "Tre Tine" is a Barolo that comes from the vineyards of Cannubi, San Lorenzo, and Ravera, made from pure Nebbiolo grapes. The name of the wine comes from the legislative impossibility of writing the names of all three vineyards on the label, although the practice of blending is inherent in the cultural tradition of Barolo. In the vineyard, the approach is as respectful as possible, as chemical treatments are banned, and only a little copper and sulfur are used. Winemaking continues following the same creed, with fermentations occurring in cement tanks, using only indigenous yeasts, and long macerations on the skins lasting from 30 to 50 days without temperature control. The liquid is then aged in large barrels for about 42 months before a rest in glass, as per tradition.
